Who to contact

QuickQuotePro is the project website managed by Jamie Dalby. For questions about information you send, or to request access, correction or deletion, email jpdalby@icloud.com.

What happens to form details

When you submit a quote enquiry or advice request, this website sends your name, email, optional phone, project details and relevant location or timing to our server using HTTPS. We encrypt the submission before storing it in our website database. The owner dashboard requires Jamie’s authorised ChatGPT sign-in. No customer enquiry list is available to public visitors.

The forms do not subscribe you to marketing. Closing the popup clears the form on your device; it does not delete an enquiry already submitted. Please email jpdalby@icloud.com for a deletion request.

Information you choose to send

When you send an email, the recipient receives your address, message and any attachments. Share only what is needed to discuss your project. Please remove unrelated names, signatures, bank details and other private information from third-party quotes. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents through these forms.

Why information is used

Project information is used to understand and respond to your request, clarify the work and discuss an appropriate service. Where you ask for steps towards a service contract, that request is the basis for handling the necessary information. General correspondence may be handled on the basis of the legitimate interest in answering enquiries and managing the business. Required business records may be retained to meet legal obligations.

The advice form does not enrol you in a marketing list. This site has no automated profiling, advertising targeting or automated decisions about your project.

Email, hosting and other services

Sending a request uses your email provider and the recipient’s Apple iCloud email service. This website and its D1 database are delivered through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare hosting infrastructure. The server-side encryption key is kept in protected runtime configuration, separate from the enquiry records. Hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times and browser details to deliver and protect the site. The website is publicly accessible; hosting services operate separately from its page code.

Service providers have their own privacy terms, retention arrangements and possible international processing. See OpenAI’s privacy policy and Apple’s privacy information. Links to guidance on other websites open those services only when you follow them.

Cookies and tracking

The website code adds no analytics, advertising pixels, marketing cookies or persistent visitor identifiers. Photography is hosted with the site rather than loaded from an external image service. Hosting and account sign-in can operate separately from the page code; this notice does not claim those services are cookie-free.

No optional tracking tools are enabled by this website. If such tools are introduced, the privacy information and any required visitor controls must be updated before they operate.

Keeping information

Website enquiries are available for up to 180 days. Expired records are removed on the next accepted submission or owner dashboard read, so physical removal can occur later when the site is inactive. Jamie can delete a record sooner. A separate project or email record may need to be kept to manage agreed work or meet applicable obligations.

To limit spam, the server keeps a one-way, secret-salted representation of a connection address with a short-lived request count. The original address is not stored in the enquiry database. These counters expire after two hours and are removed on subsequent submissions. Hosting services may separately keep security logs and backups under their own policies.

Your choices and rights

You can ask about access to your information, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where the relevant right applies. Where processing relies on consent, it can be withdrawn. Some records may need to be kept for other lawful reasons. Contact Jamie using the address above; you can also raise concerns with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Security and changes

The hosted site uses HTTPS. Email is not a secure document vault, so avoid unnecessary sensitive attachments. This notice will need updating if payments or marketing services are added.
